2026 Dues
The 2026 annual assessment is due on Jan. 15th.
Payments received after January 15, 2026 will incur a $70 late fee, and interest will be applied to all late payments.

Changes in HOA Law
The Texas Legislature passed SB1588 which goes into effect Sept. 1st, 2021. The Bill made several law changes which are intended to give homeowners additional rights against their HOAs. Most of the new requirements imposed on HOAs are things that we have already been doing for years. The HOA will make any additional required changes as required by these new laws.
