Block Party at the Park
There will be a Block Party on May 3rd, 2025 from 12:00-4:00 at the Borondo Pines Park! We will have waterslides and games. Hamburgers, hotdogs, and soft drinks will be provided. Please bring your favorite side dish to share!
Annual HOA Meeting
The annual HOA meeting will be held on May 3rd, 2025 at 10:00 the entrance of the Borondo Pines Park.

2025 Dues
The 2025 annual assessment is due on Jan. 15th.

Changes in HOA Law
The Texas Legislature passed SB1588 which goes into effect Sept. 1st, 2021. The Bill made several law changes which are intended to give homeowners additional rights against their HOAs. Most of the new requirements imposed on HOAs are things that we have already been doing for years. The HOA will make any additional required changes as required by these new laws.
