The Homeowners Association will periodically post minor maintenance projects that are planned in the near future. Residents are encouraged to reply to offer their assistance and coordinate a time to do the work. If residents are not able to perform the work by a specified time period, the Association will hire a professional to perform the job. Every task that the neighborhood can perform itself saves us all money that we can invest back into the community.
