There are 7 lots under development in Borondo Pines. Any updates will be posted here.
5/12/21: Jack Mazzola contacted HOA to inform that he is purchasing remaining 7 lots to build houses. Will build one home at a time. All will have side loading garages. Intends to build all single story homes. Samples of his recent projects are 2502 Duroux and 2450 Duroux.
6/5/21: Board voted to approve plans for one home to be constructed on 64 Borondo Pines. This model will be built in two other locations (Borondo Reach and Lower Borondo.) Builder will make minor adjustments to individualize each home. Models for other lots will be submitted at a later date. Builder confirmed that keeping as many good trees as possible is a major priority.
Model may be downloaded below. Please note that the exterior will be hardiplank, not brick. All other material requirements will be adhered to per the restrictive covenants.
6/5/21: Construction (framing) begins at 64 Borondo Pines.
6/7/21: HOA receives title transfers for remainder of lots. ALL lots in Borondo Pines are now resident owned. Original developer, Chase Lodge (Dwain Evans) no longer owns any interest in any lot in Borondo Pines.

The next build will be at 145 Lower Borondo. The builder had agreed to replicate the front facade of an existing home model in the neighborhood. The Board has approved plans for the below model with the exception that there will be a single larger dormer instead of two smaller dormers.
10/18/21: Board voted to approve plans for new build on 149 Lower Borondo and construction begins. Attached plans were approved subject to modifications to add a dormer to front and corbels to roof. Attached picture is just an approximation of dormer will look on home.
Construction has begun on 153 Lower Borondo. Plans are attached but are the same as the previous build at 64 Borondo Pines. Almost every tree was saved.
